On a traditional Hatha Yoga class you will have pranayamas (breathing techniques), asanas (poses) and short meditation. The asanas are held for enough time to feel the energy running into your body and the connection between mind and body. It's not necessary prior yoga experience, it's suitable for all yoga levels. The 1:30hr class pass so fast that you don't feel the time. Bookings and information with The Body Garage.
