Gravity Yoga is a mat-based, targeted mobility training method that helps you if you suffer from a stiff back, locked up hips, or tight hamstrings. During class, you’ll learn how to utilize the science of passive stretching to effectively change your body, improve posture and increase your range of motion. Exclusive with Soul Yoga. Gravity Yoga is NOT suitable for hyperflexible people. It is also not recommended to perform any rigorous exercise within 2 hours of a Gravity Yoga class.
