Pick-Up (Wānaka Only)

Free local pick-up is available in Wānaka, New Zealand.
Once your order is placed, you will receive an email or message to arrange a suitable pick-up time and location.

Local Delivery (Wānaka)

Local delivery within Wānaka may be available by arrangement.
Delivery times and any applicable fees will be confirmed with you after your purchase.

Shipping Within New Zealand

Shipping to other areas of New Zealand is available by arrangement.
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and vary depending on:

• Your location

• The size and weight of your order

• The courier service used

Before finalising your order, you’re welcome to contact us for an estimated shipping quote.

Processing Times

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation message with tracking information (if applicable).

Damaged or Lost Items

We package all items with care. However, once the parcel is handed to the courier, delays or damages are outside of our control.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours, and we’ll assist you in lodging a claim with the courier.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

• Unused and in the same condition as received

• In its original packaging

• Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order number)

Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (e.g., opened personal-use products, mats that have been used, skin-contact items).

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or decline of your refund.

• Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment.

• Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear depending on your bank.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If your order included free shipping, the return shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us first. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or we made an error with your order.

We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the issue. We will replace or refund the item at no cost to you.
