Service Description
Pranayama is the ancient practice of controlling your breath. You control the timing, duration, and frequency of every breath and hold. The goal of pranayama is to connect your body and mind. It also supplies your body with oxygen while removing toxins. It is affect directly the central nervous system decreasing stress and anxiety, improves sleep quality, increases mindfulness, improves lung function helping with ashtma and enhances brain function.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. Please review our cancellation policy for both group and private classes below: To cancel or reschedule, please contact me on 021 1895404. Private Classes: * Cancellation at least 24 hours prior: No charge, and the class will be credited back to your package. * Cancellation within 24 hours: A cancellation fee of $20 will be charged, and the class will be credited back to your package. * No-show or not at home (for at-home sessions): A cancellation fee of $20 will be charged, and the class will be deducted from your plan. Group Classes: * Cancellation Deadline: You must cancel your class at least 12 hours before the scheduled start time. * Late Cancellations: If you cancel within 12 hours of the class start time or fail to show up, the class will be deducted from your package. Drop-in/Casual Classes: * Cancellation at least 24 hours prior: You have the option to reschedule the class. * Cancellation within 24 hours or no-show: There is no option to reschedule the class. * Refund Policy: Refunds are not available except for extreme cases.
