Service Description

Pranayama is the control of the breath through certain techniques and exercises. These exercises can help you to regulate your central nervous system and emotions. It calms your mind, facilitating the meditation process. This class starts with a short introduction of what we will be doing, followed by a practical pranayama and meditation, finalizing with a discussion about our experiences during the practice.


Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Please review our cancellation policy for both group and private classes below: To cancel or reschedule, please contact me on 021 1895404. Private Classes: * Cancellation at least 24 hours prior: No charge, and the class will be credited back to your package. * Cancellation within 24 hours: A cancellation fee of $20 will be charged, and the class will be credited back to your package. * No-show or not at home (for at-home sessions): A cancellation fee of $20 will be charged, and the class will be deducted from your plan. Group Classes: * Cancellation Deadline: You must cancel your class at least 12 hours before the scheduled start time. * Late Cancellations: If you cancel within 12 hours of the class start time or fail to show up, the class will be deducted from your package. Drop-in/Casual Classes: * Cancellation at least 24 hours prior: You have the option to reschedule the class. * Cancellation within 24 hours or no-show: There is no option to reschedule the class. * Refund Policy: Refunds are not available except for extreme cases.
