I'm happy to invite you to One Day Silent Retreat.
A full silent day, completely surrounded by nature and in contact with it.
A day to disconnect from the outside world, to open up your senses and to connect to your inner-self.
A day to listen birds and the water flowing from the small waterfall to the river.
A day to feel the breeze, the sun warming up the body and the cold water colling it down.
