In Portuguese,
my mother tongue, “I am” is
SOU.
Say it out loud.
It sounds like Soul.
That meeting of two languages gave Soul Yoga both its name and its meaning.
Because when you say Soul Yoga, you're also saying "Sou" Yoga: I am yoga.
Not just me, Keity, but YOU. All of us.
Because yoga isn't something we do once a day on a mat. Yoga is something we are.​​
